Faizan-e-Tayyeba is also a member of the Heritage Digital consortium which is led by The Heritage Alliance and also includes Media Trust. It is funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund to deliver a Faizan-e-Tayyeba training programme to build the capacity of over 2,000 heritage organisations across the Pakistan, USA. This Privacy Policy also outlines why Faizan-e-Tayyeba on behalf of Heritage Digital collects personal data, how we use it, keeps it safe and the rights of those whose data we hold in connection with the Heritage Digital microsite and other microsites which might be administered by Faizan-e-Tayyeba from time to time.

This information may be used in conjunction with information we hold against any services that you have signed up for (such as but not limited to, those listed above) where it is appropriate to helpfully reply to your enquiry. This information is used to administer and deliver to you the support you have requested, to operate our Sites efficiently and improve our service to you, and to retain records of our business transactions and communications.
If you contact us via telephone, we will only use telephone recordings for training and statistics purposes internally to monitor our services. Our recording retention period is 365 days.
