Unemployment is a major contributor to the poverty levels in Pakistan. This creates a never-ending cycle of unemployment for many generations, unable to provide for their families. That is why our center has added computer classes to help break this cycle. With technology skills being so widely accepted for job-seeking opportunities, it is essential that we teach these vital skills. Some of the skills we teach include but are not limited to: web design, coding, marketing, and business management. Not only are computer classes invaluable to individuals seeking employment opportunities, but they also grant those living in poverty the ability to provide better for their families. These individuals can gain essential technical skills to make themselves competitive in the job market. Accessing our center’s computer courses is one way that individuals can change the trajectory of their lives and that of their families.
With the generous donations of computers from our supporters, we are able to provide these services at a low cost and reach a larger class size. A donation of only $100 can give one more student the opportunity to take advantage of this program and have access to the skills needed to obtain a well-paying job that can provide for themselves and their family. Your support is essential in helping us continue our mission in making a lasting impact on unemployment rates in Pakistan.
